Weightlifting

Squat Clean 3 positions (Floor, Below Knee, Above Knee) (7 x 1)

Every 2 min perform 3 squat cleans each starting at a different position (floor, below knee and above knee). Lifts don’t need to be unbroken. Squatting of all is the goal.

Add weights each set as long as form doesn’t break down.

WOD

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 15 min

5 Power Clean 135/95

10 Burpees

15 Walking Lunges
Fitness: Scale the weight as needed.
