Progress Week 2

Max OH Press + Aerobic Recovery Test

Handstand Push-ups (Max Reps)

Max Reps Strict HSPU, if unable to perform HSPU, then max unbroken reps at 75% of 1RM Shoulder Press.

Metcon (4 Rounds for distance)

4 Rounds of:

60 seconds of rowing

60 seconds of rest.
Rowing should be as hard and as fast as possible. Athletes on the rower should focus on getting as high a score as possible but also being able to maintain that score each round.
