Crossfit Total

15 Min to Find 1 Rep Max Back Squat.

10 Min to Find 1 Rep Max Shoulder Press.

20 Min to Find 1 Rep Max Deadlift.

This is Crossfit’s broad strength test, it tests the athlete’s abilities in raw vertical pressing, squatting, and lifting strength. We will be using it to test your raw strength in these 3 areas and also use those strength numbers to determine a proper weight in the coming muscular endurance tests.
