Straight Leg Raises
Since this is just Snatch Deadlift, choose a weight that is higher than your Snatch 1RM. Focus on form and a consistent pull during this workout.

Muscle Snatch 75# / 55#

Box Jumps 24″ / 20″

Knees-to-Elbows
One rep is a full Muscle Snatch from the floor. There is no drop in a Muscle Snatch, focus on a tight and quick pull in order to muscle up the weight into overhead.
