Max Effort Bar Over Burpees
Each athlete works one minute at a time, when the athlete finishes the snatches and lunges he does ME bar over burpee until his minute is over (work one minute, rest 1 minute while your partner works).

Choose a weight that is challenging yet you can perform 3 unbroken reps safely with good technique for the snatches.

Score is total number of Burpees.
