Team WoD

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

4 teams, 5 stations, 4 minutes at each stations for max reps followed by 1 minute rest between stations.

Station 1: Row for Calories,

Station 2: Pull-ups,

Station 3: Sandbag Get-ups,

Station 4: Wall-balls,

Station 5: Burpees.
Each team gets a rower which can be left on to count calories for the entire team. Make sure lighter sandbags go to the ladies and heavier sandbags go to the guys. No cheating! Pull-ups must be done on a band instead of ring rows this time. Wall balls must be Rx unless deemed otherwise by a coach.
