50 Push Ups

50 Floor Wipers

50 Single Arm KB Clean and Press 53/35

25 Pull Ups
Both Partners start working at the same time with only one bar, one box and one KB, you can’t move to the next move until you finish the one before.

Floor Wipers: Feet to left, feet to middle , feet to right, then down = 1 rep.)

Single Arm KB Clean Press: Start each rep from the floor.

Sport: Use 135/95 bar for floor wipers.

Fitness: Scale pull ups with ring rows with your feet starting under the rings.
