Metcon (Time)

Complete as many rounds as needed for time to lift 20,000 lbs:

– Remember to keep the 1 rep of each movement per round.

– Stick to the same weight per lift each round.

– Total weight lifted must exceed 20,000lbs.

– Use safe loading but keep it relatively heavy.

– Warm up before starting the rounds.

Examples:

10 Rounds (each partner)

365 lbs Squat – 1 rep

180 lbs Press – 1 rep

455 lbs Deadlift – 1 rep

or

Partner 1: 15 Rounds

Squat- 245 – 1 rep

Press- 115 – 1 rep

Deadlift- 315 – 1 rep

Partner 2: 20 Rounds

Squat-185 – 1 rep

Press- 85 – 1 rep

Deadlift-230 – 1 rep
