1 person will hang on the pull up rig while

other teammates perform:

150 KB swings 53/35

90 Deadlifts 185/125 lbs

Whenever person 1 comes off the rig, all teammates MUST switch. Each person on the team must complete at least 1 rep of each exercise before switching. 2 people can work at the same time.
