44 Lateral Jumps over the Bar
For each round, the Deadlifts and Push-ups may be split up however the team wishes. Both partners may work at the same time and may switch between exercises however they like. After they complete a round, they must share the lateral jumps, only one person may be jumping over the bar at a time. Once all the lateral jumps are done, they may begin the next round together again.
Note: The Lateral Jumps are only between rounds, teams will do 3 total rounds of Lateral Jumps. None before the workout begins and none are necessary to finish the final round.
