90 Thrusters 2 KB x 35# / Barbell 45#

45 Ring Dips

Transition Exercise:

400m Run
One partner does the workload while the other partner does the transition exercise. Once the other partner is back from the transition, they begin to do the workload while the first partner does the transition exercise. They continue to do this until all the work is done.

If there are more than 2 people per team, double the workload, allow 2 people to do the workload while one person does the transition. Work in a rotation, 2 people working, one person doing the transition.

Thrusters: Men’s Rx, use 2 35# Kettlebells instead of a barbell. Women’s Rx, use a 45# barbell, or they can use 2 Kettlebells if they wish.
