KB Farmer’s Walk starts on the line in front of the building and ends when one partner touches the back wall and returns to the line out front. The second partner is then allowed to pick up the KettleBells and do another lap. Each lap is worth 8 reps / points. If the timer ends and someone has only made it halfway, it is worth 4 reps / points.

Burpee Box Jumps must be done alternating. One for each partner. Work in sync and move as fast as possible. Each rep is worth 1 point / rep.

Partner Deadlifts are done together. Both partners grab the bar and work in unison to do as many reps as possible in the 5 minutes. Use the 2 minute rest time to prepare remove the weights off of this barbell and set it up for the Thrusters AMRAP.

The final 5 minutes of Thrusters may be done as many per athlete as possible before switching. They may switch whenever they desire. HOWEVER, the barbell may not touch the ground during those 5 minutes or the team will receive a 5 point / rep penalty. Pass the barbell between athletes without dropping it.
