This is the event from the individual 2012 regionals. This can be performed as a partner WoD or solo if you are feeling particularly up for it today.

50 Front Squats 85# / 65#

40 Pull-ups

30 Shoulder-to-Overhead 85# / 65#

50 Overhead Squats 65# / 45#

40 Pull-ups

30 Shoulder-to-Overhead 65# / 45#

Try to use prescribed weights for all movements, only making adjustments where needed.

Only one barbell per team or individual, set up the barbell to help adjust weights during changes.

For teams, only one member of the team may be on the barbell at one time, but both / all may work on the pull-ups at once.
