This is a partner WoD. All work may be split up and shared between you and your partner as you both see fit.

Exceptions are:

*Burpee box jumps must be done together alternating reps on the same box

*Med Ball Pass Situps done together passing the ball back and forth

*Stair climb is done together. All the way to the roof and back.
