When did you begin CrossFit and why?
I started spring of 2017. I was horribly out of shape and had some friends starting at the same time. I grew to love CrossFit pretty quickly and the process of growth and improvement.
What is one of your proudest accomplishments?
Hmmm, that’s a tough one. I think I would have to say the various things I have taught myself over the years, piano, knitting, swimming, and snowboarding.
What is something you enjoy about CrossFit?
Me and deadlifts are friends. But, really, I love the learning and growing process within CrossFit. How you can push yourself daily and strive for improvement and excellence.
