  • Played team sports growing up.
  • Was always interested in weight training and strength and conditioning.
  • Still plays recreational sport 1-2 times per week but is more interested in CrossFit now.
  • Currently, a personal trainer and/or group-fitness trainer at a gym but incorporates functional training in his/her own and clients training routines.
  • Gets paid decently, but is drained from coaching mornings and evenings 30+ hours a week.
  • Makes an effort regularly on social media

PERSON 3

  • 20-35 years old.
  • Currently in sales, marketing, or a management role
  • Has been working in this position for over 2 years
  • Loves fitness and sports
  • Living in Amman- ready to put your skills to work in an other industry like fitness.
  • Earns stagnant income and works 50+ hours a week
  • Doesn’t know how you can grow a career that can provide for yourself or your family.
  • Has an active social media presence

CUSTOMER SERVICE CAREER

Mission:

To coordinate a world class team of coaches and world class experience at Crescent Fitness.

Position Outcomes:

1) Current Member customer service
2) Less than 15% loss of personal members each month.
3) Eye appealing marketing and making our members feel proud of their accomplishments

Pay:

Customer Service potential to earn up to 400 JD per month whereas assistant manager can earn up to 750JD a month.

Expectations:

Full-time customer service should be prepared to work 45 hours a week with a chance to develop into assistant manager

Opportunities:

Customer service is about learning all the ins and out of what goes into delivering a world class experience and coaching environment.

FULL-TIME “HEAD” COACH CAREER

Mission:

To produce life-changing results to personal members. To help personal members build long-lasting habits, achieve their goals, learn to how sustain a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym, and grow as people. To provide a world-class group fitness class experience and lead by example in a Crescent setting.

Position Outcomes:

1) 1 new referral member each month
2) Less than 15% loss of personal members each month.
3) Book of 30+ clients as their coach for life

Pay:

Potential to earn up to 1500JD per month. Pay largely based on number of personal clients and results delivered.

Expectations:

Full-time coaches should be prepared to coach minimum 20 face-to-face hours per week with an additional 10 hours of member check-ins, admin and general gym responsibilities.

CASUAL “UTILITY” COACH CAREER

Mission: 
To provide a world-class group fitness class experience and lead by example in a Crescent setting.Safaa Ayoub

Position Outcomes:
1) Maintain Crescent Fitness’ high-level of coaching in a class environment

Pay: 
Based on hourly rate of classes coached or in exchange for membership.

Expectations: Utility coaches should be expecting to coach minimum 3 hours of classes a week.

Opportunities: 
Coaches will be rewarded with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow along with the Crescent Fitness team, as well as be a valuable part of the Crescent community.
