Because you’ll be training in the mornings, you will find more consistency.  Night time is when life gets crazy with deadlines for work projects, family celebrations to attend, and people just dropping in on you unexpectedly.  These things mess with your regular rhythms and habits.  Consistency is truly king when it comes to getting results.  Building your morning exercise routine will help you see faster and deeper results.

It takes special coaches to get up at 5am and get to the gym by 5:45 in order to coach at 6am!  And we promise our coaches will be there with a smile on their face and extra energy to rub off on you! We are constantly adding classes in the morning to fit your schedule.  Perhaps you want to work out at 6am before you need to take the kids to school.  Maybe you want to workout at 8am on your way in to work.  Or perhaps after you’ve dropped the kids off at school and have some time before your next appointments- the 9am and the 12:15pm classes could be perfect!  At any of these times, we’ll have the efficient workout and simple nutrition tips ready for you!

Morning workouts help your body and brain even better when performed in the morning.  Research shows now that morning exercise releases the neurotransmitters and hormones needed for our brains to work at its maximum capacity and for its maximum time.  Think of each morning as a chance to fuel up your car.  Your brain is an exquisite machine that needs the best fuel.  Each day you don’t know how much fuel will be burned and for how long- so might as well have it filled and ready for whatever life throws at you that day!
