Who will benefit

Crossfit athletes are familiar with the movements, demands, and mobility requirements that Crossfit requires. At CrossFit Crescent, our therapy can be utilized post-injury or surgery to aide in return to life and exercise.  However, more importantly our services can also be used as a tool for preventing injuries. In treating patients we use a combination of manual therapy techniques and exercises specifically tailored to the needs of each patient. Our goal is to empower and educate patients so that they understand their condition and can confidently, knowledgably, and independently treat themselves.  This makes sure you can maximize your physical fitness, long-term health, and can live life to its fullest. We believe that functional fitness movement and an understanding of proper body mechanics helps a person’s reach their peak performance potential.
We offer these services to Crossfit Crescent members, as well as non-members.  However, for members of Crossfit Crescent, we are able to continually evaluate and assist patients’ progress while at the gym.
