- Includes a thorough assessment of your flexibility, body fat, goals, and nutrition consulting
- Required for all Athletes who have not done Crossfit for more than 6 months.

We have a diverse range of packages
- CrossFit Classes – we have packages of 12 workouts per month and unlimited classes
- Semi-Private Classes– of 2-4 people
- Private Training– from 1 to 4 times a week
- Mixed Package– attend 2-4 Group Classes each week combined with 1-2 Private classes- perfect for having the fun of working out as a class mixed with personal attention for your goals!
- 90 Day Fat Loss Package– meet with our partner Nutritionist weekly, while coming to Workout 1-3 times a week. Perfect for those of you wanting to see rapid fat loss.
- Remote Training– perfect for those traveling often or leaving Amman who want our coaches to program their workouts and keep you accountable
Monthly Packages are from115 JD for group Classes up to 750 JD for Private Classes- and choices in between to fit your time, motivation, budget and goals!
